Seaperch North Africa Challenge 2020

SeaPerch North Africa Challenge is a regional challenge that allows elementary, middle, and high-school students to construct a simple, remotely operated underwater vehicle, or Remotely Operated Vehicle (ROV), from polyvinyl chloride (PVC) pipe and other readily made materials. The challenge is held at AASTMT, Alexandria, Egypt and the winners will be qualified to participate in SeaPerch international Challenge taking place at the University of Maryland, College Park, Maryland.

Throughout the Challenge, students will learn engineering concepts, problem-solving, design skills, and teamwork. They will also be exposed to all the exciting possible careers in naval architecture and marine/ocean engineering.

Tip Top Class

This class is mainly for high school students and younger students with a more advanced and mature-like ROV (check the challenge rules)
